How to Apply

Application Checklist:

These items are required, please follow the application instructions carefully.  Failure to do so may jeopardize your application.

• Answer all the questions completely: incomplete answers or answers that are clearly not carefully thought out will negatively affect your chances of being admitted to the course.  For the essay questions, we recommend that you edit them in a word processing program and ask a colleague or two for input before you submit.

• Here is a list of all the questions that you will be asked.  We strongly encourage you to prepare your answers offline before filling up the online application. 

• Curriculum Vitae: CVs over 3 pages will not be reviewed!

  • Use this template for your CV.

  • Include your last name in the CV file name.

  • Upload a PDF version of your CV (do not upload a word version).

• Two reference letters: Make sure to upload your reference letters in PDF format.
